Surrey County Council

We designed, led and delivered phase 1 of Surrey County Council’s Agile Organisation Programme which is part of their strategic transformation agenda to deliver a step change to agility and digitisation. Phase 1 included property rationalisation, new building commissioning, corporate HQ decommissioning, Colleague mobilisation, IT infrastructure, new technology implementations and of course the people change programme which includes new ways of working and a new target operating model.

Kingsman

MBC delivered the media and brand design and successfully registered the trademark for Kingmans Hot Pasta Sauce, we also helped them refine their business and investment proposals.

NHS

MBC worked with IBM and NTT DATA to transform the Service Management function for the IT Department within UHL, we also provided contract gap analysis to identify performance risks and issues as well as delivering programme and project management services.

domestic & general

MBC provided D&G with Business change and project management expertise which successfully delivered new product implementations, operational process changes and training and development products.

capital one

MBC provided Capital One with change and project management expertise. Firstly our team members helped them offshore areas of our business, then we helped sell off their savings book, finally we sold off and decommissioned one of their buildings.

 IBM

MBC helped deliver gap analysis of their contract with one of their NHS clients.

NTT data

MBC helped initiate the transformation of NTT Data’s IT Service management processes with their public sector client.

Nottingham city council

MBC designed, led and successfully delivered Nottingham City Councils Workplace Strategy Programme. The programme delivered the procurement, redesign and redevelopment of their new flagship building, a brand new on site data centre (including migration), rationalisation of seven buildings and the mobilisation of 2000 staff, document digitisation, and new ways of working through Citrix infrastructure, VOIP and mobile working.

The team led the RFI, RFP and business case analysis for their HR and Payroll ERP People Platform replacement programme.

Electrocomponents (RS Components)

MBC led the RFI, RFP and business case analysis and development phase of their global product management system (PIM) transformation programme. The programme purpose was to replace the current Product Management System with a new integrated CRM/ERP solution and amalgamate it with their sister business Allied based in the US. 

Target

MBC worked with Target and Deutsche Bank to migrate Deutsche Banks £1.6 billion mortgage book from Vertex to Target. This included new software design, build and implementation, TUPE and a new TOM. 

Capital One homeloans

MBC helped successfully close down Capital One’s Homeloans business. This included selling off the mortgage book and closing down functional areas, we also successfully outplaced their teams. 

Alliance walgreens boots

The team helped in-source IT functions for one of their business areas, we also initiated their Sarbanes Oxley programme of works to help with the transition to Walgreens.

DHL

MBC helped kick off their divestment programme from one of their public sector accounts.

We helped LCC kick off their shared services ERP review.

MBC worked with EON to successfully deliver a new UIP telephony system for their flagship building within Nottingham.

MBC led the whole process from start-up to implementation. We secured start-up funding of over £90k from HSBC to implement their business plan, then we delivered the ‘Go Live’ and implementation, WCZ were live streaming within 12 months of securing funding.
